Every CandlePod™ is made with 100 percent pure soy wax, phthalate free and paraben free fragrance, essential oils, and cotton core wicks. Our incense is hand dipped and made with clean fragrance blends.
Your first order includes a free incense holder, if purchasing incense or a concrete vessel holder, if ordering CandlePods™. Every refill shipment includes 10 percent off and free shipping.
Yes. You can update your plan at any time from your account portal.
You choose the schedule. Monthly, every two months, or seasonally.
You can cancel your subscription any time after your second delivery. Log into the customer portal and cancel your subscription.
Yes, you can adjust your scents for each upcoming cycle by adjusting the subscription in the user portal. Any updates to the subscription are carried forward until you make another change.
Yes, you can add additional scents to your subscription from the customer portal but your subscription must maintain at least 3 refills per cycle.
- The 1st day of the month your scent choices for that cycle are locked in and your account will be charged
- The subscriptions will be shipped within 2 business days of the 1st of the month
- New subscriptions will have their order shipped once it has been placed.
- There is a 15 day cutoff period where new subscriptions in this period will not trigger an order in the next monthly subscription cycle. For example: if you subscribe in the last week of the month, you will receive your initial subscription but will not receive an additional order a week later as part of the regular subscription cycle. You will be added to the following subscription cycle.
