Refund policy

EBB & FLOW will accept returns or exchanges on merchandise that is in its original unused condition within 14 days of the ship date. All vintage items, all sale items and items purchased using a promotional code (free shipping excluded) are considered "final sale" and do not qualify for refund or exchange.  

• All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment, excluding shipping costs.
• EBB & FLOW is not responsible for any returns that are lost, damaged, or sent to an incorrect address.
• To request a return or exchange, please e-mail us within 14 days of your purchase with the reason for your return.
• All costs associated with the return or exchange of an item are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Damages & Defects
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, vintage items and/or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
